4. Payments, Pricing & Orders

All project prices, service charges, shop product prices, and digital product costs are agreed before work starts or before purchase is completed. For custom projects, an advance payment may be required before design, development, marketing, or software work begins.

• Advance payments are required for custom work unless agreed otherwise.
• Remaining payment must be cleared before final delivery, deployment, source handover, or full access transfer.

5. Revisions & Changes

Reasonable revisions are included according to the agreed project package or service agreement. Major changes, new features, redesign requests, extra pages, new software modules, third-party integrations, or additional marketing work may require extra charges.

6. Project Delivery

Delivery time depends on project size, requirements, client response time, content availability, technical complexity, and third-party services such as hosting, domain, APIs, payment gateways, plugins, or social media platforms.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All original website designs, layouts, code, graphics, content, software structures, dashboards, and digital assets created by Raja Ali Akbar Web Agency remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

• After full payment, the client may use the final approved project for their business purpose.
• Unpaid work, rejected designs, demo concepts, and draft versions cannot be copied, reused, resold, or modified without permission.
• Our brand name, logo, website content, service structure, and portfolio content cannot be copied without written permission.
• We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality.

11. Portfolio & Client Privacy

We may display project screenshots, website previews, demos, case studies, or general project information on our website, social media, or portfolio pages. For privacy, client names, logos, phone numbers, emails, addresses, private data, dashboard information, and confidential details may be hidden, blurred, or replaced with demo content.

12. Prohibited Activities

13. Refund Policy
